Sistam mulai Crash setelah saya menginstal beberapa perangkat lunak atau perangkat keras
Cara memperbaikinnya
Pilih start- setting- control panel – system
Pilihlah device manager (dalam windows 98 pilih tab lalu device manager)
Cari entri kategori untuk type perangkat keras yang baru anda tambahkan, kemudian pilih entri untuk perangkat keras spesifik yang anda telah tambahkan
Pilih tombol atau button remove , kemudian tutup kotak dialogue system properties (untuk windows 98 remove-uninstal)
Pilih start program dan carilah program yang telah diinstal bersama perankat keras baru. Carilah sebuah opsi uninstall dalam entri pada meni start; jalankanlah
Keluar dari windows
Lepaskan piranti atau perangkat yang baru itu
Jika system tidak crash dan perangkat baru suda terlepas, cobalah lkukan penginstalan ulang "backup semua system penting sebelum menginstal".
Setelah anda menginstal perangkat kerasi itu lagi pilih start seeting controlpanel lalu system
Jika di menu device manager terlihat gambar perangkat keras yang baru saja anda install bertanda seru atau tanda Tanya,
Lalu anda cari driver terbaru dari hardware tersebut
